Where can I find the measurements of the garments?

Each product page has the red Check Measurements button to check the measurements of the item.

To avoid returns we strongly recommend checking it before purchasing, even if the garment is one size fits all, because this does not mean that it can be worn by all sizes.

We inform you that the measurements of the garments may vary by a few mm/cm from item to item and the colors may also be slightly different from the photos.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay with Pay Pal (option for payment in installments also available), credit card or prepaid card.


What are the shipping costs?

  • for purchase orders over € 100,00, whose shipment is within the borders of the Italian State, no amount will be due by the buyer; otherwise the shipping costs will be € 7,00
  • for purchase orders over € 200,00, whose destination is in EU countries, no amount will be due by the buyer; otherwise the shipping costs will be € 10,00
  • for purchase orders over € 300,00, whose destination is in non-EU countries, no amount will be due by the buyer; otherwise the shipping costs will be € 20,00

The cash on delivery is only available for purchase orders whose destination is within the borders of the Italian State and there is a supplement of € 5.00.

Customs charges are borne by the customer for receiving the order, while for returns it will be an expense borne by Wendy Trendy.

If the package is sent to stock, it will be an expense that the customer will have to bear.

Who will deliver my package?

Wendy Trendy entrusts her shipments to the courier DHL, while for Russia and Iran to SDA/Poste Italiane (EMS)

How long does it take for delivery?

You will receive the parcel from 2 to 3 working days from the order confirmation.

During periods of high seasons and sales, delivery may be delayed.


Can I make a return?

You always have the right to return unwanted items up to a maximum of 14 days from the day the package is delivered to you.

How to make a return?

To make a return you must first make the request on the site to obtain authorization:

  • Go to your personal area on the site -> click ORDER HISTORY -> click DETAILS (of the order you want to return).
  • Scrolling down you will see the products you purchased from that order and you will have to tick the boxes of those you want to return, writing a short reason below.
  • Finally click on "Request a refund".
  • Then you will have to wait for the email that will authorize you to proceed with the shipment of your return.

Reply to that email telling us which option you choose to return your return among the following:

  1. You can arrange the return yourself by choosing the shipper you prefer and following the instructions on the back of the return form (where you will also find the address to ship to). If you decide to organize the shipment yourself, it will be your responsibility to ensure that the package reaches its destination. However, please provide us with your tracking number to facilitate our team.
  2. If you prefer, we can instead take care of managing the return: for Italy the cost is €10 while for Europe and non-EU countries it will be calculated based on the size and weight of the package that you will communicate to us in the mailing (you can use a smaller box or envelope suitable for shipping in order to have a lower price). We will get back to you with the shipping cost and if and if you accept, they will be deducted at the time of refund as soon as we receive your return.

- Then fill out the Return Form indicating the quantity of what you want to return and the Return Code with an code 2 “too wide/long” etc…).

- Indicate on the Return Form how you want to receive the refund, whether via COUPON to use on your next order or via REFUND on the payment method you used when placing the order. If you paid by cash on delivery, remember to write your IBAN (only for Italy).

- Carefully place the items you wish to return, together with the Return Form, in the box in which your order arrived (otherwise you can use any envelope or box suitable for shipping).

- If you have asked us to take care of your return, you will receive an email from DHL containing the return label to attach to the package and a link to arrange the collection yourself.

- If you have chosen to take care of the return yourself, contact the courier you prefer or go to the post office and send the order to the following address:

We will send you a confirmation email when the return is processed and the refund is issued, not when the package is delivered to the warehouse.

By when will I receive a refund?

You will receive the refund within 14 days from when the courier will deliver your return to our warehouse. If within this time frame you have not received any communication concerning the refund, you can contact the Customer Service for assistance.

What will I be refunded for?

In case of return, we will refund your items, net of shipping costs, of the return costs if we have taken care of them and customs duties (if any), with the payment method you used for the initial payment.

If I paid cash on delivery, how will I receive a refund for my return?

For orders paid on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer. Remember to write your IBAN code on the Return Form

Why was my return refused?

The reasons why your return has been refused may be as follows:

- Double return request for the usual items

- It has been more than 14 days since you received the authorization email to send us the return and we have not received it.

I have mistaken the color / item / size of my purchase, can I replace it?

We do not make a direct exchange, but you can proceed with the normal return request (following the procedure indicated above) and indicating how to return the COUPON, so you will receive by email a voucher of the amount of the total amount you have returned, to use on your next order and then buy the color/size change you needed.

I received a refund email, but it does not appear on the credit / debit card or pay pal

If you have received a confirmation of the refund but it does not appear on the payment method used for the purchase, we invite you to contact the Bank or Company holding the Credit / Debit Card or PayPal Customer Service. In this case, the refund was made correctly by Wendy Trendy, but the timing of crediting depends on the bank or Paypal.

I have lost the return form, what can I do?

How do I return items of different orders?

If each of them falls within the 14 days possible to make the return, you can insert all the items together in a single package and send it with the same shipment.
