What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay with Pay Pal, caredit card or prepaid card.


What are the shipping costs?

  • for purchase orders over € 100,00, whose shipment is within the borders of the Italian State, no amount will be due by the buyer; otherwise the shipping costs will be € 7,00
  • for purchase orders over € 200,00, whose destination is in EU countries, no amount will be due by the buyer; otherwise the shipping costs will be € 10,00
  • for purchase orders over € 300,00, whose destination is in non-EU countries, no amount will be due by the buyer; otherwise the shipping costs will be € 20,00

The cash on delivery is only available for purchase orders whose destination is within the borders of the Italian State and there is a supplement of € 5.00.

Customs duties are always charged to the customer (both for shipments and returns)

If the package is sent to stock, it will be an expense that the customer will have to bear.

Who will deliver my package?

Wendy Trendy entrusts her shipments to the courier DHL, while for Russia and Iran to SDA/Poste Italiane (EMS)

How long does it take for delivery?

You will receive the parcel from 2 to 3 working days from the order confirmation.

During periods of high seasons and sales, delivery may be delayed.

Do you have a size chart?

Yes, each product page has the red button Check the Measures to check the measurements of the article. We remind you that the garments can vary by a few mm/cm depending on the color.


Can I make a return?

You always have the right to return unwanted items for up to 14 days from the day the package is delivered to you.

The return is always charged to the customer, who has full responsibility for the shipment, until we receive the return we cannot issue the refund.

How to make a return?

1) Go to the your Profile in the "Order History" section and view the order detail, then specify:    

- the product (s) you want to return     

- the quantity you want to return for each product subject to return     

- press the "Confirm return request" button

2) Only after your return request will be authorized (you will receive an email), you can book the withdrawal by following the steps below and that you find on the back of the return form:

- Fill in the Return Form indicating the quantities of what you want to return and the Return Code with an X in the appropriate table, choosing from those shown in the legend below (for example: code 1 "too narrow / short", code 2 "too wide / long" etc ...).

- Indicate on the Return Form how you want to receive the refund if by COUPON to be used on your next order or by REFUND on the payment method you used at the time of the order. If you paid on delivery remember to write your IBAN (only for Italy).

- Carefully place the items you wish to return, together with the Return Form, in the box in which your order arrived (otherwise you can use any envelope or box suitable for shipping).

3) Once the package is closed with the Return Form and the items to be returned, contact the courier you prefer and send the order to the following address:

4) We will send you a confirmation email after the return has been examined and the refund has been made, not as soon as the package is delivered to the warehouse.

By when will I receive a refund?

You will receive the refund within 14 days from when the courier will deliver your return to our warehouse. If within this time frame you have not received any communication concerning the refund, you can contact the Customer Service for assistance.

What will I be refunded for?

In case of return, we will refund your items, net of shipping costs and customs duties (if any), with the payment method you used for the initial payment.

If I paid cash on delivery, how will I receive a refund for my return?

For orders paid on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer. Remember to write your IBAN code on the Return Form

Why was my return refused?

The reasons why your return has been refused may be as follows:

- Double return request for the usual items

- It has been more than 14 days since you received the authorization email to send us the return and we have not received it.

I have mistaken the color / item / size of my purchase, can I replace it?

We do not make a direct exchange, but you can proceed with the normal return request (following the procedure indicated above) and indicating how to return the COUPON, so you will receive by email a voucher of the amount of the total amount you have returned, to use on your next order and then buy the color/size change you needed.

I received a refund email, but it does not appear on the credit / debit card or pay pal

If you have received a confirmation of the refund but it does not appear on the payment method used for the purchase, we invite you to contact the Bank or Company holding the Credit / Debit Card or PayPal Customer Service. In this case, the refund was made correctly by Wendy Trendy, but the timing of crediting depends on the bank or Paypal.

I have lost the return form, what can I do?

If you have lost your Return Form, contact our Customer Service by writing to [email protected]

How do I return items of different orders?

If each of them falls within the 14 days possible to make the return, you can insert all the items together in a single package and send it with the same shipment.


We inform you that the measurements of the garments may vary by a few mm / cm from item to item and also the colors may be slightly different from the photos.


What are you doing to ensure safety?

We are adhering to all appropriate health and hygiene standards in line with guidance from the World Health Organisation. We are maintaining the highest standards of hygiene at all of our physical locations.

What about the safety of your drivers?

Our delivery partners are monitoring the health of their drivers closely; vehicles are disinfected daily and drivers are washing their hands and using hand sanitiser regularly.

How do I return products if I can’t visit the post office due to movement restrictions?

You can request the pick-up at your home by a courier of your choice, but if you have difficulties contact us at our Customer Service [email protected] and we will organize a pick-up directly at your home with our courier DHL (the cost of shipping will then be scaled at the time of return), so there’s no need to go to a post office.

Are you operating a normal delivery service?

Yes, we are still delivering everywhere; deliveries may currently take up to 5 days longer than usual to arrive.

If my order is delayed does that affect my returns period?

No, you have always 14 days from receipt of your order to return the items to us. If, for any reason, you cannot make your return request or arrange collection in this time please contact our customer care team so we can assist you on [email protected]
