SHIPPING:

What are the shipping costs?

  • for purchase orders over € 50,00, whose shipment is within the borders of the Italian State, no amount will be due by the buyer; otherwise the shipping costs will be € 7,00
  • for purchase orders whose destination is in EU countries the amount due by the buyer will be € 10,00
  • for purchase orders whose destination is in non-EU countries the amount due by the buyer will be € 20,00

The cash on delivery is only available for purchase orders whose destination is within the borders of the Italian State and there is a supplement of € 5.00.

Customs duties are always charged to the customer

If the package is sent to stock, it will be an expense that the customer will have to bear.

How long does it take for delivery?

You will receive the parcel from 2 to 3 working days from the order confirmation.

During periods of high seasons and sales, delivery may be delayed.

Do you have a size chart?

Yes, a size chart with specific measurements of the item is available on the product page

RETURN:

Can I make a return?

You always have the right to return unwanted items for up to 14 days from the day the package is delivered to you.

The return is always free for orders placed in Italy, while for those from all other countries they are charged to the customer.

How do I return?

If your order is from Italy, follow this procedure:

  1. Before sending the goods you want to return, open a return request from the wendytrendy.com website. Log in to your account (if you are not a registered user, log in to your order from the link that you find in the “Confirm Order” email). Go to the "Order History" section and view the order detail, then specify:      
    • the product (s) you want to return      
    • the quantity you want to return for each product subject to return      
    • press the "Confirm return request" button
  2. Wait for your return request to be authorized. You will be informed by email. All our packages contain a Return Form and a pre-printed adhesive label (Return Label), essential for making the return. Only after your return request has been authorized you can book the collection by following the steps below:
  3. Fill in the Return Form indicating the Return Code with an X in the appropriate table, choosing from those shown in the legend below (for example: code 1 "too narrow / short", code 2 "too wide / long" etc ...).
  4. Put the item or items you wish to return, together with the Return Form, in the box in which your order arrived. If the original packaging is no longer usable, you can use any envelope or box suitable for shipping.
  5. Once the package is closed with the Return Form and the items to be returned is inside, apply the Return Label externally and book the collection with DHL by calling 199 199 345, follow the voice guide and communicate the customer code : 106375136

We will send you a confirmation email after the return has been examined and the refund has been made, not as soon as the package is delivered to the warehouse.

If your order comes from abroad, follow this procedure:

By when will I receive a refund?

You will receive a refund within not later than 14 days from the date the courier has collected the package at the address indicated by you when booking. If within this time frame you have not received any communication concerning the refund, you can contact the Customer Service for assistance.

What will I be refunded for?

In case of return, we will refund your items, net of shipping costs (if any), with the payment method you used for the initial payment.

If I paid cash on delivery, how will I receive a refund for my return?

For orders paid on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer. When you make the return request, with the confirmation for acceptance, you will also be sent an email with the request for the IBAN code.

I have mistaken the color / item / size of my purchase, can I replace it?

No, you can proceed with the return request of your item (s) and you will be refunded, you will not be able to request a replacement but you can easily proceed to place a new order.

I received a refund email, but it does not appear on the credit / debit card or pay pal

If you have received a confirmation of the refund but it does not appear on the payment method used for the purchase, we invite you to contact the Bank or Company holding the Credit / Debit Card or PayPal Customer Service. In this case, the refund was made correctly by Wendy Trendy, but the timing of crediting depends on the bank or Paypal.

I have lost the return form, what can I do?

If you have lost your Return Form, contact our Customer Service by writing to [email protected] to receive a new one.

What are you doing to ensure safety?

We are adhering to all appropriate health and hygiene standards in line with guidance from the World Health Organisation. We are maintaining the highest standards of hygiene at all of our physical locations.

What about the safety of your drivers?

Our delivery partners are monitoring the health of their drivers closely; vehicles are disinfected daily and drivers are washing their hands and using hand sanitiser regularly.


How do I return products if I can’t visit the post office due to movement restrictions?


You can request the pick-up at your home by a courier of your choice, but if you have difficulties contact us at our Customer Service [email protected] and we will organize a pick-up directly at your home with our courier DHL (the cost of shipping will then be scaled at the time of return), so there’s no need to go to a post office.

Are you operating a normal delivery service?

Yes, we are still delivering everywhere; deliveries may currently take up to 5 days longer than usual to arrive.

If my order is delayed does that affect my returns period?


No, you have always 14 days from receipt of your order to return the items to us. If, for any reason, you cannot make your return request or arrange collection in this time please contact our customer care team so we can assist you on [email protected]
