SHIPPING:
What are the shipping costs?
- For purchase orders over € 100,00, whose shipment is in ITALY, no amount will be due by the buyer; otherwise the shipping costs will be € 7,00
- For purchase orders over € 150,00, whose destination is in EU countries, no amount will be due by the buyer; otherwise the shipping costs will be € 10,00
- For purchase orders over $ 150,00, whose destination is in the USA, no amount will be due by the buyer; otherwise the shipping costs will be $ 25,00
- For purchase orders over 27.000 ¥, whose destination is in JAPAN, no amount will be due by the buyer; otherwise the shipping costs will be 3690 ¥
- For purchase orders over AUD$ 250,00, whose destination is in AUSTRALIA, no amount will be due by the buyer; otherwise the shipping costs will be AUD$34,00
- For purchase orders over CAD$ 240,00, whose destination is in CANADA, no amount will be due by the buyer; otherwise the shipping costs will be CAD$33,00
- For purchase orders over £150, whose destination is in the UK, Jersey Islands, no amount will be due by the buyer; otherwise the shipping costs will be £ 20 (valid for orders placed after 10/03)
- For purchase orders over € 150,00, whose destination is in AUTONOMOUS SPANISH CITIES, no amount will be due by the buyer; otherwise the shipping costs will be € 20,00
- For purchase orders over € 150,00, whose destination is in NORWAY, no amount will be due by the buyer; otherwise the shipping costs will be € 25,00. Customs rates are borne by the customer.
- For purchase, whose destination is in KAZAKISTAN the shipping costs will be € 20,00. Customs rates are borne by the customer.
- For purchase, whose destination is in non-EU countries, not mentioned above, the shipping costs will be €20, orders over €150 are free, customs rates are borne by the customer.
- For purchase, whose destination is in KUWAIT, SAUDI ARABIA, QATAR, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES the shipping costs will be €20, orders over €150 are free, customs rates are borne by the customer. At the moment, they are considered risk areas and therefore transport requires an extra charge of €30.
The cash on delivery is only available for purchase orders whose destination is within the borders of the Italian State and there is a supplement of € 5.00.
Customs charges are INCLUDED in the prices. (For non-Eu countries, not mentioned above, customs rates are borne by the customer)
Any returns, customs may apply import duties. These costs will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
If the package is sent to stock, the customer will have to bear the expense.

Wendy Trendy entrusts her shipments to the courier DHL or Fedex
How long does it take for delivery?
We always use Express shipment with DHL or Fedex. You will receive the parcel from 2 to 5 working days from the shipment. For extra-EU countries, longer delivery times are expected.
During periods of high seasons and sales, delivery may be delayed.
